We’re hiring a Senior Growth Lead to help us fulfill our mission. This is a full-time, remote-first position.

High Level
Reporting to the Director of Growth and Analytics, the Senior Growth Lead owns the client relationship, strategy, and implementation. You’ll be responsible for achieving the growth goals of our multi-channel client engagements. We support these clients on a wide variety of growth initiatives, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), email/SMS automation, SEO, and more. Data is at the heart of all our strategies, so you’ll be expected to manage and report out of their marketing analytics systems. You’ll work collaboratively with both the broader Flywheel Organic Growth team and our clients’ internal teams, tapping in specialists to support you where needed.


Responsibilities
  • Client & Project Management—As the primary contact for a small portfolio of clients, you develop and oversee the execution of growth strategies that align with their business objectives. You maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, compile performance reports, and know how to balance setting a roadmap with adjusting to ongoing performance and requests. You’re comfortable with synchronous and asynchronous communication, ranging from written reports and emails to Looms and live video calls. You have the technical chops to get in the weeds and execute the work yourself, but you’re also great at delegating to others and ensuring work gets done on time and up to standard. 
  • Marketing Analytics—You know how to create insightful reports across multiple analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, Hubspot, Mixpanel, or Amplitude).  On top of this, you combine technical skills to lead tracking implementation (through Google Tag Manager) and attribution projects. We don’t expect you to know all the tools—but we expect you to be excited about learning them.
  • Email/SMS Automation—You have experience setting up email sequences on platforms such as Klaviyo or Hubspot and you’re comfortable reviewing performance reports to optimize the campaigns.
  • Multi-Channel Strategy and Execution—While driving the right traffic is key, you understand the real goal is conversions and revenue. You leverage marketing analytics to make data-driven decisions across multiple channels, including (but not limited to) email, CRO, and SEO.

Qualifications
The right person has 5-8 years experience in the following:
  • Client & Project Management
  • Marketing Analytics Tools (GA4, Hubspot, Amplitude, Looker Studio, Mixpanel)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Email automation Klaviyo/Hubspot
  • SEO strategy
  • Growth Marketing Manager position or similar role

Bonus Points:
  • User Experience (UX) & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) design and analysis
  • A/B testing tools, such as VWO
  • Agency experience
  • Experience with running or overseeing social and search ads
  • Content/copywriting
  • Web development
  • People management

You’ll serve as the “quarterback” for your accounts — calling the shots, delegating to strategists, and rallying the team around a shared vision for each client.
  • You’re in on remote work – you understand the trade-offs of remote-first work and are comfortable delivering with a high level of autonomy. 
  • You’re a capable communicator—you know how to work across teams and how to get your message across, whether on Slack, Zoom or in person.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $85-105K CAD annually, depending on experience, skills, and market location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

Hiring Process

  • 20-minute phone screen
  • 60-minute video call with the Director of Growth and Analytics 
  • Skills Testing Project (all candidates are paid a stipend for completion)
  • 60-minute video call with a member of Flywheel’s Leadership Team
  • Reference checks (3 minimum from the last 3 years)

Compensation

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
